Rotel Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    garlic to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (drain 1/4 of juice and fill back with water)
    1 c. dry instant rice
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and juice; cook about 10 minutes in skillet. Add instant rice, soup and salt. Pour into casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
