Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Boil carrots in 1-inch of water and salt in a saucepan. Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Drain.\tAdd butter, sugar and nutmeg. Return to heat and stir until carrots are glazed.
