Baked Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium white onions
    soft spread margarine
    Cajun seasoning
    black pepper
Preparation
    Peel onions and
    hollow
    out the middle (careful not to go through
    the
    bottom).
    Fill
    with
    margarine;
    generously cover with Cajun seasoning.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Place in a 1-quart glass casserole.
    Cover
    and
    microwave
    5
    minutes on High.
    Let sit a few minutes, then cook another 5 minutes.
    If they are tender, they're
    ready.
    If still hard, cook a little longer. These are great with grilled meats.
