Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
    1 lb. sweet or hot sausage, remove casing, saute and drain
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed (optional)
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Bake mushrooms, bottoms up on pan, for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Drain water.
    Mix sausage, onion and cream cheese together.
    Fill mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 more minutes.
