Marinated Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) eye of round roast
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except roast.
Marinate meat for a day or two in refrigerator, turning several times.
Let meat stand at room temperature for an hour before cooking.
Roast, uncovered, with marinade, in preheated 250\u00b0 oven for two hours.
Allow roast to rest for 15 minutes.
Slice across grain.
