Marcy'S Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. mayonnaise (nonfat is okay)
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients; microwave on High 15 minutes, stirring halfway through time.
    Combine remaining ingredients with cooked carrot mixture.
    Put in greased square baking dish.
    Top with Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing crumbs.
    Dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
