Deviled Crab Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    4 drops bottled red pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 cans crab meat
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. coarsely crumbled saltines (about 14 crackers)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Stir until mixed.
    Stir in milk slowly.
    Cook 1 minute until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, red pepper and parsley.
    Drain crab meat; chop eggs and stir crab, eggs and half of cracker crumbs into sauce.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
