Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetable cooking spray
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Coat the bottom of an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loan pan with cooking spray.
Dust with flour and set aside.
