Oat Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce or equivalent Bragg's liquid aminos
    1/4 c. oil
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Bakon yeast (optional)
    2 c. oatmeal (dry)
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil everything together except oatmeal and nuts.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix oats and nuts, then sprinkle a little at a time into boiling mixture.
    Let stand until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir lightly until just mixed.
    Drop by spoonfuls on oiled cookie sheet; press flat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
