Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Aunt Jemima white corn meal mix
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. cream-style corn (yellow)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1/2 c. pimento
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/4 c. cooked crisp bacon, crumbled, or 3 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Bake in a black iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for about an hour, or until golden brown.
