Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot seasoned sausage, softened to room temperature
    10 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Add milk and grated cheese to sausage.
    Gradually add Bisquick until well mixed.
    Roll into small balls (dampen hands and mixture is easier to roll).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
