Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 can French fried onions
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. honey
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, 1/2 of onions and 1 cup of cranberries.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with 1/2 of honey.
    Top with remaining cranberries and honey.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Gently stir casserole.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 to 3 minutes longer or until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
