Quick Pork Polynesian - cooking recipe

8 pork cutlets
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. rum
Preparation

Saute cutlets in oil.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
