Pork Roast(Crockery Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork shoulder roast
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Always boil your pork before cooking in a recipe.
    Boil pork for 1/2 hour; remove to crock-pot (low).
    Add chicken broth mixed with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add rosemary, lemon pepper and salt to broth.
    Pour over pork.
    Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours spooning gravy over meat for flavor every so often.
    Serve with potatoes (sweet or white) or noodles.
