Broiled Marinated Fish Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can clear chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In large, shallow, non-metallic dish, with whisk, combine broth, oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
Add fish, turning to coat.
Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour, turning fish occasionally.
Remove fish from marinade.
