Shrimp, Spinach And Basil Pizza Bianca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) cheese flavored Boboli crust
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 lb. small cleaned shrimp
    2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 c. chopped spinach
    1/2 c. grated, part skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil and oregano
Preparation
    Place crust on sprayed cookie sheet.
    Combine cornstarch, milk and garlic in a small pan.
    Whisk, bringing to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute; add salt and pepper.
    Spread on crust.
    Heat a nonstick skillet coated with Pam over medium heat.
    Saute shrimp three minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Saute 2 minutes.
    Stir in spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
    Drain.
    Spoon mixture over sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
    Top with cheeses.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
