Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    ground pepper
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    3 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    10 to 12 large mushrooms
Preparation
    Chop onion and crush Ritz crackers fine.
    Chop mushroom stems; save caps.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Stuff mushroom caps; place under broiler for 5 to 8 minutes.
