Baked Apple French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bread
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    5 apples
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer pan with sliced bread, double deep.
    Place eggs in batter bowl and beat lightly.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Pour half liquid over bread.
    Peel, core and slice apples; place on top of bread. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread.
