Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    eggs
    bread crumbs
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    green peppers (3 to 4)
    onion (4 to 8 medium large)
    1 jar duck sauce (I buy the 2 lb. jar)
    soy sauce to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    oil (for frying, have on hand at least 1 qt.)
Preparation
    Egg, bread and fry \"cut up\" chicken pieces; set aside.
    Slice green peppers and onions.
    (Hint:
    To help eliminate frying time, I place in separate bowls with some water, cover and microwave each until softened, not mushy!)
