Cherry Mini-Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    whipped cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    small vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients except wafers together until light and fluffy.
    Crush a few wafers very fine.
    Butter small muffin pans generously; dust with the wafer crumbs.
    Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
    Fill cups 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown at 375\u00b0; cool.
    Top with 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling, then whipped cream.
