Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 3-quart casserole dish. Pour 1 stick melted butter over potatoes.
    Melt 2nd stick and mix with corn flakes.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
