Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 lb. sirloin, cut into chunks
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    5 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    5 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 can peas, drained
Preparation
    Mix 3 soups together and put in crock-pot. Add meat and cook on medium 1 hour. Add all vegetables except peas and cook 3 to 4 hours. Add peas last, right before serving, just to heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
