Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    zucchini (2)
    1 yellow onion
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Spoon out enough spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of a 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Shred zucchini and onion; sprinkle in pan. Layer uncooked spaghetti noodles on top and alternate sauce, vegetables and cheese until pan is layered to top.
    Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top and completely wrap the glass pan in plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
    Turn pan and microwave 12 more minutes.
    Let sit covered for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
