Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

5 large baking potatoes
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 can of water
paprika (sprinkle on top)
