Traditional Tourtiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    pinch of cloves
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, until meat loses red color.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until very tender.
