Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or large bunches broccoli
    3/4 c. each, chopped: celery and onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced or chopped
Preparation
    Butter 2 small or 1 large casserole dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch). Mix all ingredients together; pour into casserole dish(es).
    This can be prepared and refrigerated overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
