Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a large bowl.
Beat well. Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon and add to sugar mixture. Mix well.
Stir in carrots, pecans, pineapple and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
