Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. caramels (50 pieces)
    1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk and set aside. Combine cake mix, margarine, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts. Mix. press half of this mixture into 9x13 pan.
    Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Spread semi-sweet chocolate chips over baked mixture.
    Spread caramel mixture over chocolate chips.
    Crumble other half of cake mixture on top.\tBake 18-20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
