Spaghetti(Serves 5 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    2 c. Romano cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. shank, ground
    2 kernels garlic, cut fine
    2 sprigs parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Grate
    and season with salt and pepper, add garlic.
    Put meat in cheese and parsley and eggs.
    Mix with ginger, then make balls. Fry in oil until brown.
    Grate 1 cup cheese for over spaghetti.
