Frosted 7-Up Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 banana, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 slightly beaten egg
reserved pineapple juice
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; cool and add 7-Up and chill until partially set.
Drain pineapple (save syrup).
Mix pineapple and banana in Jell-O mixture.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan; chill until firm.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour; stir in 1 slightly beaten egg and the reserved pineapple juice.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until thick.
Chill.
Add 1/2 cup Cool Whip and whip; spread over Jell-O.
