Miki'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 10 potatoes
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 whole green pepper, chopped
    1/2 red pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 medium onion, minced
    4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) jar (small) relish
    salt to taste
    mayonnaise (enough to hold together well)
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in quarters and boil in salted water until done. Add next 6 ingredients to warm potatoes, making sure potatoes are cut in small cubes.
    Add mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley.
