Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 to 4 qt. popped corn
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, brown sugar and Karo syrup.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well.
    Pour over popcorn and pecans.
    Mix well until evenly coated.
    Place on large baking sheet and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
