Snack Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several red potatoes, cut in 3/8-inch cubes
    black pepper
    red pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
    water
Preparation
    Cut red potatoes in 3/8-inch cubes.
    Fill a 1-quart pot to 2/3 capacity.
    Put black pepper until solid black.
    Put red pepper until solid red.
    Cook in oleo until done.
    (I can't believe it!). Eat while watching T.V.
