Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine with all remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
