Hamburger Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 cup canned milk
    4 or 5 slices Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Layer hamburger and potatoes in casserole.
    Add salt & pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over casserole.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Crushed potato chips or canned onion rings may be substituted for cheese.
