Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) frozen hash browns (Southern or regular style)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 2 tablespoon melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
