Sweet And Sour Pork(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 2-inch strips
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. instant dry milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve syrup)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork pieces with paprika.
    Heat shortening in skillet.
    Saute pork and discard fat.
    Place meat in crock-pot. Add onion and pepper.
    Combine the next 4 ingredients in bowl, then add vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 2/3 cup pineapple liquid.
    (If juice does not make this much, add water.) Pour entire mixture into crock-pot.
    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours, or on high 4 to 5 hours.
    During last 1 to 2 hours, add pineapple. Serves 4 to 6.
