Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 or 2 lb. ground beef
pepper to taste
2 large onions
1 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Lightly brown ground beef in skillet.
Add onions and celery and continue to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add undiluted soup.
Blend well.
Pour into buttered casserole (12 x 8-inch).
Top with chow mein noodles.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12.
