Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 (2 lb.) confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese over low heat.
    In a big bowl, mix the cocoa, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
    Add butter and cheese; mix well.
    Put aluminum foil in pan and pour fudge into pan.
    Let cool for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 1/2 pounds.
