Cinnamon Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices stale cinnamon-raisin bread, buttered and diced
    1 pt. half and half
    2 to 4 Tbsp. rum (optional)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and let soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve 6 to 8.
