Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated sweet potatoes (raw)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until well browned.
    Serve warm with whipped cream.
