Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Cook broccoli (no salt).
Drain well.
Place broccoli in a 10 x 6 1/2-inch baking dish.
Stir together soup and cheese. Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and eggs.
Stir well.
Pour over broccoli.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
