Ingredients

2 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. rice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Simmer on top of the stove until rice is soft, adding extra milk as it cooks down.
(This presimmering is the secret of creaminess.)
Put in baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0.
Stir in the brown skin that forms 4 times.
Chill and serve.
