Weight Watchers Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Healthy Choice)
    1 lb. turkey sausage, uncooked (Jimmy Dean)
    2 c. reduced fat Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mash with hands until all Bisquick has been mixed in.
    Separate mixture into 16 equal sections.
    Each section will make one serving of balls. Form each section into an equal number of balls.
    Lightly spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown. One serving equals 2 Protein, 1/2 Fat and 3/4 Bread.
