French Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears fresh corn
    oil (for deep fat frying)
    salt
Preparation
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Remove husks and silks from corn.
    Wash and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut in 3-inch lengths.
    Place 3 to 4 pieces of corn in oil at one time.
    Be careful as oil is apt to splatter. Fry until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Salt.
    Makes 6 servings.
