Chicken Cashew For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. each: cornstarch and soy sauce
    1 lb. chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into bite-size pieces
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 stalk celery
    1/4 lb. green beans
    1 large carrot, cut into slices
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. roasted cashews
Preparation
    Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with chicken broth; set aside. Combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch, soy and chicken.
    Mix well to coat chicken; set aside.
