Crabmeat Potato Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can crabmeat
Preparation

Bake potatoes. Cut off tops. Scoop out insides and whip with all ingredients except crabmeat. Fold in crabmeat. Put back in shells. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. May be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, allow 30 to 45 minutes baking time.
