Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation

Spread rhubarb on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, butter and salt.
Add flour, baking powder and milk. Spoon over rhubarb.
Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
Pour water evenly over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
