Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat
    1 cup milk and butter in double boiler.
    Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
    Add 1/2 cup milk and egg yolks; mix well.
    Pour this mixture into hot milk and butter.
    Cook until thick, stirring all the time.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and brown in oven.
