Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Mix flour and spices and add to creamed mixture.
Combine soda and applesauce and add last.
Stir in pecans, if desired.
Store batter, covered, in refrigerator (up to 2 weeks).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
